¿Conoces la RISPE?
La RISPE, Red Iberoamericana de Servicios Públicos de Empleo, es un instrumento clave para la cooperación iberoamericana en materia de empleo. Su objetivo es mejorar las políticas de empleo y la calidad de los servicios públicos de empleo en la región, con el fin de promover el desarrollo económico y social inclusivo.
Los miembros fundadores de la RISPE fueron España, Costa Rica, Chile, Cuba, Portugal, Colombia, Uruguay, Brasil y Ecuador. A partir de la II Asamblea se unieron Panamá, México y República Dominicana, y tras la III Asamblea, Perú.
Países que forman la RISPE.
Los órganos de la Red son:
Asamblea: Máximo órgano de la RISPE, formado por un representante de cada Estado miembro. Sus funciones fundamentales son el establecimiento de unas líneas de trabajo bienales y el análisis de los resultados obtenidos en los trabajos realizados por la Red.
Presidencia: Ejercida de forma bienal y rotatoria por los Estados miembros. Se encarga de representar a la RISPE, coordinar el trabajo conjunto y proponer las líneas de trabajo.
Secretaria Técnica: Ejercida de forma permanente por España. Apoya a la Presidencia y a los miembros de la RISPE en sus actividades.
¿Qué hacemos?
El objetivo principal de RISPE es facilitar la cooperación entre los servicios públicos de empleo de los países iberoamericanos para mejorar las políticas de empleo, la formación en el trabajo y la protección frente al desempleo.
Además, los objetivos específicos de RISPE son los siguientes:
Fomentar la cooperación y colaboración entre los servicios públicos de empleos de los estados miembros.
Facilitar la Conferencia Iberoamericana de ministras y ministros de Trabajo, y máximos responsables de seguridad social.
Las líneas de actuación prioritarias y el programa de trabajo de RISPE (2024/2025) son las siguientes:
Consolidación de la RISPE.
La orientación como herramienta fundamental de la política de empleo.
Importancia de la digitalización.
Intercambio de buenas prácticas que contribuyan a la mejora de los servicios públicos.
Intercambio de buenas prácticas en materia de formación.
Importancia del análisis, prospección y tendencias del mercado de trabajo.
Intercambio de experiencias entre los miembros de la RISPE: “Cruzar fronteras para compartir experiencias”.
Establecimiento de sinergias con otras organizaciones y redes.
